A man found his own grandmother dead in Charlotte, she was doped up from cocaine and fluorofentanyl
Charlene McManus, 47, died from a drug overdose in Charlotte, NC with a combined mix of cocaine and fluorofentanyl. Fentanyl deaths are overtaking Charlotte.

Charlene died on March 20, 2024. Charlene had used cocaine and fluorofentanyl. Afterwards her grandson found her dead. Fluorofentanyl is 5 times stronger than regular fentanyl. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Deadly amounts of cocaine and fluorofentanyl were found in Charlene’s bodily system. Drug cartels are now making a drug called fluorofentanyl, it is 5 times stronger than regular fentanyl and is more deadly and potent.
Grandmother McManus had several drug and cocaine arrests over the years.
Another grandmother died from a cocaine and fentanyl overdose also.
