On July 24, 2021 12-year-old Loyalti Allah lost her life in a drive-by shooting on Icemorlee Dr. Monroe, NC. Loyalti was at a picnic table talking with friends at 8 p.m. when out of no where a black SUV fired several shots at the people.
Loyalti was shot. Emergency medics quickly arrived to the scene and gave Loyalti emergency treatment, the girl was then transported to the hospital. Unfortunately she died from her injuries.
The suspect vehicle sped off after the shooting, authorities have not yet located the vehicle or the suspect. No other people were shot during the shooting.
Multiple shell casings were found at the scene.
