Video shows police killing a black baby at a Walmart over false diaper theft allegations, the Walmart employees are heard laughing as cops were chasing the baby’s parents. Video released in October 2026 shows police killing one-year-old baby Kohen Wiley in a Walmart on June 14, 2026 in Mississippi. Sergeant Hunter Foster with the Senatobia Police Department shot and killed baby Kohen. Officer Hunter Foster had used racist language to his own co-officers within the department, the black officers reported the racist language. To no surprise Senatobia Police Department Chief Harold Vanderford was fired in September 2026 for calling black people niggers. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The Walmart situation began when Kohen and his mom were at a Walmart with a family friend shopping. The women purchased diapers. Walmart employees thought the women were stealing diapers and called 911.

Police showed up and went to the surveillance asset protection room to watch video of the alleged theft. As the women tried to leave the store, Walmart asset protection agents tried to stop them at the exit. The women ran to their car.
A Walmart employee then runs to tell police the 2 women are running. Walmart employees are heard laughing at the women as officers ran out the store chasing them.
As Kohen and the women were driving though the parking lot to exit, cops chased from the back. Cops were also in front of the suspect vehicle and told them to stop.
The family friend was driving while Kohen was in his mom’s lap in the front passenger seat. Officer Hunter Foster fired a shot at the car while he was 30 feet away.
The car accelerated and Officer Hunter Foster moved to the side of the car and fired shots into the side of the vehicle. Several shots hit baby Kohen.
Kohen’s mom nor the driver were shot. The car then speeds out of the parking lot to the hospital where Kohen died from the shooting. The mother of Kohen says she had a receipt for the purchase of the diapers. In fact the women have not even been charged with stealing from the June incident. The family of Kohen hired national civil rights attorney Ben Crump to sue Walmart and the police department.
Now weak Attorney General Lynn Fitch in a racist town has magically announced that no charges would be filed against Sergeant Hunter Foster for killing baby Kohen.
Senatobia Police Chief Harold Vanderford was fired in September 2026 for calling black people niggers in a text message with another police officer. In one text message Chief Harold Vanderford, described having a “racist moment.” In another, he wrote that he “almost beat a nigger and white woman’s ass a few minutes ago.”
Chief Vanderford used the racist slur multiple times in a series of 10 text conversations before and after he was police chief. Sergeant Hunter Foster has been accused of using racist language too amongst his own officers within the Senatobia Police Department. Foster was accused of making derogatory remarks about his black co-officer’s kids. And using racially explicit language regarding black people.
