Video shows Jahday being killed during the day in an alley, he grew up Muslim and used term “Allah Akbar”
Jahday Humphrey, 20, was murdered in a wild broad daylight shooting on September 18, 2025 in uptown Charlotte, NC on Brevard Ct. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Jahday was shot in an alley at 2 p.m. outside several businesses.
Jahday was shot multiple times. 911 was called and Jahday was put on a hospital gurney and taken to Atrium Health Hospital with life threatening injuries. No arrests have been made yet. Jahday was a Muslim, he even used the phrase “Allah Akbar” when his friend named ‘P’ died. Allah Akbar means God is great in the Muslim language.
