She died from a fentanyl overdose, over 100 ml of the drug was in her, she was shaking out of control on the filthy floors

Darian Levin, 30, died from a fatal fentanyl overdose at the Charlotte Bus Transit Center inside the Burger King on East Trade St Charlotte, NC. Darian had a fentanyl level of over 100 mL, the Narcan could not even save her. That is enough fentanyl to kill over 50 people. In fact fentanyl has killed so many people in Charlotte, even grandparents died from it.

Darian died on February 24, 2025. She was at the bus transportation center inside the Burger King when she overdosed on a cocktail of drugs including fentanyl and methadone.

Darian fell to the ground shaking and shivering. Instead of helping, many customers laughed and video recorded the scene. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

911 was called and EMS tried to revive her, two rounds of Narcan administrations were pumped into Darian and one ventricular fibrillation, but she still died. It was discovered that Darian had over 100 ml of fentanyl in her bodily system.

The victim died at the bus center in uptown Charlotte

That is enough fentanyl to kill over 50 people. Darian also had 0.19 mg of methadone in her blood. Darian’s medical history includes polysubtance abuse and tricuspid valve repair.

Darian’s official cause of death was fentanyl and methadone toxicity.
