Jaylen Hankins, 30, died from fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine toxicity at a play ground on Nations Ford Rd Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Jaylen is from Winston Salem, NC she was in Charlotte for drugs. Jaylen has a medical history of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
On February 6, 2025 Jaylen was found dead on the playground by park employees. Fentanyl, cocaine, benzoylecgonine, and methamphetamine were identified in Jaylen’s blood during a postmortem toxicologic exam.
She was seen on surveillance being dragged out of a vehicle and moved onto a public playground structure. Jaylen then moved herself around the playground. Crews found her dead hours later.
She had abrasions and contusions on her face and upper arms, as well as a fracture on her ribs. Histologic examinations reveals bilateral lobar pneumonia and bronchitis.
Fentanyl in the amount of 11ng, methamphetamine in the amount of 0.11mg, and cocaine in the amount of 0.11mg were in Jaylen’s blood.
Jaylen died as a result of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine toxicity.
