Brandon wasn’t in the Christmas spirit when he overdosed of fentanyl and cocaine on Christmas Eve at Sundale Flats and died

Brandon Forman, 35, died from a fentanyl drug overdose on Christmas Eve 2024 in Charlotte, NC at the Sundale Flats apartments. Brandon had cocaine, fentanyl, Xylazine, and other drugs in his bloodstream. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Xylazine is a veterinary tranquilizer not approved for human use. It’s known as “tranq” on the streets and is often found as a cutting agent in illicit drugs like fentanyl and heroin.

Brandon was at the Sundale Flats apartments on Aberdale Farm Ln. Brandon was sleeping on the couch at his uncle’s apartment on Christmas Eve and he did not wake up. Brandon had tattoos on his chest, stomach, and face.

His uncle called 911 and Brandon was pronounced deceased. After death findings show Brandon had cocaine, fentanyl, and Xylazine in his system, along with other drugs. Brandon had a medical history of seizure disorder.

Brandon’s cause of death was cocaine, fentanyl, and Xylazine toxicity. There are actually many Christmas time deaths in Charlotte.
