Madison Faltisco, 22, was killed in Clay, NY on June 8, 2023. Madison was a waitress at a restaurant. Her co-worker 23-year-old Joshua Schiano is accused of running her over with a car and killing her.
On June 8th Madison and Joshua went out to a bar to get drinks. It is alleged that Joshua got drunk at the bar. Joshua tried to give Madison a ride home, but Madison refused alleging that Joshua was drunk.
Madison began to walk home at 11 p.m. Joshua then drove his vehicle, and allegedly hit Madison on the side of the road with his vehicle.
Madison was knocked into a wooded area. Joshua drove off. 2 minutes after the collision with Madison, Joshua is accused of crashing into a store, his vehicle caught flames, he exited the vehicle and 911 was called.
Joshua was arrested on DWI charges.
It was not until the next day that cops found out that Madison was dead. A jogger saw Madison’s dead body on the side of the road near a wooded area.
Cops were called, and it was determined that the dead victim was indeed Madison Faltisco.
Cops accused Joshua of colliding with Madison and killing her. Joshua was then additionally charged with second degree manslaughter, second degree vehicular manslaughter, and leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident.
Joshua was not hurt from either collision.
