29-year-old Tyler Ben was killed inside a Walmart during a shootout with police in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The shooting stems from Tyler and a woman arriving to the Walmart allegedly in a stolen vehicle at 10:20 p.m.
Tyler and the female enter the Walmart and shop. Police spotted the suspect vehicle in the parking lot and waited for the suspects to exit Walmart.
As Tyler and the female leave Walmart, a cop confronts them with a gun pointed at them and orders them to put their hands up.

Cops shoot Tyler multiple times in the Walmart, even when Tyler fell to the ground, cops still continued firing at him. Tyler died at the Walmart.
The female was detained but not arrested or charged with any crime.
