Milan Kelly, 24, was arrested on October 1, 2024 charged with assaulting her boyfriend with a TV remote at the Fairfield Inn and Suites motel on 12228 Park Rd. Charlotte, NC. Milan’s boyfriend was bleeding and had a deep cut on his head. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
At 2 a.m. employees at the Fairfield Inn and Suites heard Milan and her boyfriend Ibn Williams fighting and arguing in a room.
Employees knocked on the door and the occupants refused to open the door. Police were called to the scene. Cops knocked on the door and Milan’s boyfriend opened the door and he had visible injuries to his face with blood coming from his eye-brow area streaming down the left side of his face.
A television remote could be seen on the floor broken into 3 pieces. Milan advised she was sleeping and awakened by Ibn.
Ibn had gone through Milan’s phone and found messages and calls from another individual that gave Ibn the impression that Milan was being unfaithful in their relationship.
Ibn confronted Milan with what he found. Milan accuses Ibn of slapping her. Arguing and fighting began between the two. Ibn was trying to leave, and Milan is accused of throwing a television remote control at Ibn.
The remote hit Ibn in the face near his eye. A deep cut laceration was formed on Ibn’s face and the wound caused bleeding.

Milan was then arrested due to the visible injuries on Ibn. Milan was charged with domestic violence and assault.
