Andy Hernandez, 17, was shot to death on June 4, 2022 on West Blvd. Charlotte, NC.
Officers responded to a shots fired call. Cops located Andy in a vehicle suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The vehicle had crashed into a tree. Medic arrived on scene but Andy was pronounced deceased.
No suspect apprehensions have taken place.
