Joshua Garmon, 23, was arrested on September 20, 2023 charged with the murder of Li Y, 22, in Charlotte, NC.
Li was murdered on April 23, 2020 at the intersection of Paces Oaks Boulevard and E. WT Harris Boulevard. around 3:20 p.m.
Li was shot and was found by cops lying beside a vehicle in the roadway. Li was pronounced deceased on scene.
As a result of the continued investigation Mr. Garmon was arrested years later on September 20, 2023.
Detectives identified Mr. Garmon as a person of interest in connection to this case. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
