At 3:30 a.m. cops were at the Quik Trip when a situation arose that led to an officer shooting a individual at the gas station. Crime has been apparent at Quik Trip gas stations across Charlotte for years.
The victim was taken to the hospital via ambulance, it is not known what their condition is.
The officer was not shot. It is also not known if the shooting was justified or not.
