RAPPER MURDERED AT GAS STATION IN WEST CHARLOTTE

On February 8, 2025 a male victim identified as Desmon Thompson was murdered on Freedom Drive Charlotte, NC at a gas station. The victim was a father with 2 kids. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.

Desmon was shot around 6 p.m. during an altercation. Desmon was shot in the parking lot of the gas station. 

Desmon’s friends drove him to a nearby hospital, speeding down the road. Desmon later died at the hospital during emergency procedures.

No arrests have been made. Desmon was a local rapper with online music videos. In fact several Charlotte rappers have been killed.
