Detectives with the police department are conducting a homicide investigation that occurred on February 8, 2025 on Freedom Drive Charlotte, NC.
The shooting was around 6:00 p.m. at a gas station. The male victim was shot in the parking lot of the gas station. After being shot, the victim left the scene in a private vehicle before officers arrived.
He was brought to Atrium Health Hospital with a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased by medical personnel at the hospital.
