The girl’s shorts and underwear were on the floor while alone with step dad

On May 30, 2025 the young girl was left alone with her step father Victor, her mother had went to the store leaving her 2 children alone with Victor. Child sexual assaults in Charlotte are fairly common.
15 minutes later the mother came home and the house was locked. She had to bang on the door, and after a few attempts, Victor opened the door wearing only a towel and appeared nervous.
The mother entered the house and saw the girl’s shorts and underwear on the floor of the kitchen. The mother questioned Victor. He said he did not know why the clothes were on the ground.
The mother went to ask her daughter about the weird situation. The victim responded to her mom that it was a secret and that she would have to ask Victor.
The mom persisted and the girl disclosed that Victor allegedly had sexual intercourse with her from front and back. The suspect is also accused of having oral relations with the girl, the victim described putting particular body parts in her mouth.
The victim also said that a liquid gel was used during the alleged encounters. Victor also had a hand held pump for his private part. The girl said it hurt her personal areas when the alleged occurrences took place.
The mother took the victim to Atrium Hospital, Victor got into the car with them. A sexual assault nurse examination was done on the little girl. The girl said the sexual encounters have occurred many times, and she was told to keep it a secret. Hospital staff alerted police.
Officers and detectives spoke to Victor at the hospital and he agreed to be transported to police headquarters to be interrogated. During the interrogation, the suspect denied all the allegations against him.
