The wreck was on Oct, 12th. Carlos was driving a vehicle when it collided with another car occupied by Nixon.
Nixon died on impact. Carlos was injured and sustained facial injuries. Carlos was bleeding profusely from the wreck.
Carlos was admitted to the hospital for treatment, once released Carlos was arrested charged with felony death by vehicle.
Now Nixon will have a funeral that will last for two days, as is custom in the latino culture. Pastor Sylvia Morales died in a thunderous car wreck, her funeral lasted for 3 days in Charlotte.
