TEEN SISTER ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ASSAULTING HER LITTLE BROTHER

18-year-old Anasiah Niles Jolly was arrested on April 5, 2024 accused of sexually assaulting her 6-year-old brother at a home on Valcourt Rd. Charlotte, NC.

On April 5, 2024 detectives with the crimes against children unit of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department were contacted by a Mecklenburg County DSS social worker in reference to a juvenile sexual assault.

A 6-year-old boy told the DSS social worker that he was sexually assaulted on April 4, 2024.

The victim alleged that his sister Anasiah put her private areas on his private areas and did stuff.

Anasiah is accused of taking her brother in her room, pulling his pants down and pulling her pants down.

The boy was laid on his back when Anasiah got on top of him, touching her private part to his aroused private part.

The victim said the alleged encounter was weird and he felt wetness. The victim said he was then wiped off.

Once the boy notified the DSS social worker, the police took Anasiah in for an interrogation.

During the questioning Anasiah allegedly admitted that she was sexually wet because she was sexually touching herself prior to getting on top of her brother.

Cops say Anasiah said that once she realized what she was doing was wrong she got off of the young boy.

Anasiah was then arrested charged with statutory rape of a child by an adult and one count of indecent liberties with child.
