Randell was in the store trying to purchase black leggings. Randell was upset because he could not get the leggings for some reason, unknown.
Randell is accused of getting made, yelling, and knocking the cash register computer over. Randell is accused of then leaving the family Dollar with the leggings without paying. Randell was last seen wearing black leggings, shoulder length hair, and big golden hoop earrings.
Officers were called by Family Dollar and they circulated the area, Randell was found standing at a bus stop located on West Sugar Creek Rd.
Randell was arrested charged with for larceny and injury to personal property.
