In August 2024 a 10-year-old girl told police that she was sexually assaulted by a man.
According to police, the victim advised that the suspect acted suspiciously and would look at her in her bedroom and made her feel uncomfortable.
Authorities say, the girl also advised that the suspect made several inappropriate comments to her.
Police allegedly obtained a search warrant for David’s phone. Cops searched David’s phone and allegedly found child pornography videos of David performing sex acts on the 10-year-old girl.
One video allegedly shows David sexually gratifying himself in front of the girl while the girl was sleeping.
Court records say video also shows David placing his private area on the girl’s private areas. Children are victim’s of sexual assaults quite often, take a look.
Video shows the camera zooming in on the girl’s panties as she was sleep. Several other videos show sex taking place with the victim and suspect, according to court documents.
David was arrested on August 9, 2024 charged with statutory rape of child, secret peeping, sexual child exploitation, and sex offense with child.
