On August 16, 2023 a man was killed in a shooting that took place at the Quik Trip gas station on Bellhaven Boulevard Charlotte, NC.
A larceny reportedly took place at the gas station at 10:30 a.m. The male suspect left the gas station and fired a shot, cops say.
There are a large number of crimes that occur at Quik Trip gas station in Charlotte.
Authorities say the suspect then returned to the Quik Trip and approached a man at a gas pump. The two men got into a fight and the man at the pump shot and killed the suspect.
Several people have won the lottery at Quik Trip gas stations, including the $1 million lottery.
The suspect died at the scene. The investigation is ongoing, and there have been no reported arrests.
