A homicide investigation occurred after a man was murdered on East Sugar Creek Road Charlotte, NC.
At 3 p.m., several cops were flagged down by a third party about an unresponsive male lying on the side of the road on East Sugar Creek.
The victim had been stabbed with a knife. Medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to Atrium Main Hospital with life threatening injuries.
Less than an hour later the victim succumbed to his injuries sustained from the stabbing and was pronounced deceased by Atrium Main Hospital medical staff.
No suspect is in jail custody.
