The suspect is accused of upper cutting a woman street fighter video game style, the woman cut him in face with comb like Chun-Lee character
On March 5, 2026 Ernest Massey, 30, was arrested accused of attacking a woman in his home in Charlotte, NC.
A woman was sleeping when Ernest came into her room and woke her up by allegedly shoving her. Ernest is accused of upper cutting the woman. The woman’s vision went blurry for a few seconds and at that time Ernest is accused of slamming her back on the bed face down.
The woman was able to reach a comb on the nightstand and cut Ernest in the face. The woman called 911.
Cops arrived and tried to talk to Ernest, he is accused of yelling at cops and the female victim. Cops tried to detain Ernest and put him in handcuffs but he allegedly fought and tried to prevent that with physical force.
Cops had to throw him to the ground. Ernest was arrested accused of assault on female. Back in 2018 Ernest was arrested for repeatedly not showing up to get a required STD test, he was charged with health law violation.
