Watch as the suspect robs his roommate after getting kicked out, he also stole $6,000
Joshua DeLoach, 29, is seen on video robbing his roommate after getting evicted in Houston, Texas. The robbery was on May 8, 2022. DeLoach robbed his roommate Justin Iwuji, 31, at gunpoint.
DeLoach could not afford rent payments and was evicted by Justin. DeLoach did not take the eviction well and he decided to rob Justin.
DeLoach enters the apartment and points a gun at Justin, telling him to get on his knees.
DeLoach then takes Justin’s cell phone and forces him to give up the password. Once given the phone password, DeLoach transfers $6,000 from Justin’s bank account to DeLoach’s account.
The suspect also forced Justin to open his personal safe and give DeLoach cash, guns, jewelry, and personal items. Justin was then tied up by DeLoach and forced into the trunk of a Range Rover. The suspect drove 30 miles away and then abandoned the vehicle.
Justin was able to free himself and get help.
DeLoach has not been caught, but he faces aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and aggravated kidnapping charges.
