A physical altercation led to a man being killed at Mi Cabana Bar and Billiards
Noel Alexander Vasquez Mercado, 20, and Jefry Edgardo Gonzalez Artica, 22, are accused of murdering Javier Lee Martinez Hernandez, 23, in Charlotte, NC on Palm Sunday April 13, 2025 at Mi Cabana Bar and Billards located at 200 Eastway Dr. Charlotte, NC. On Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 6 a.m., Javier got into a fight with Noel and Jefry after a night of heavy drinking at Mi Cabana Bar and Billards.
Javier’s body was trampled over. Javier died on the scene. In June 2025 Jefry was arrested in Jefferson Parrish, Louisiana charged with the murder of Javier.
Jefry was interrogated and cops then arrested Noel on August 4, 2025.
