Sheridan Eugene Channing Brown, 36, was killed on Christmas day December 25, 2023 on North Sharon Amity Road Charlotte, NC.
On December 25th at 7:52 p.m., officers responded to a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian.
Sheridan was laying down in the roadway when a silver 4 door sedan ran him over and fled the scene on North Sharon Amity Road.
The victim was wearing dark clothing at the time of the crash and he was not in a crosswalk.Impairment is unknown for Sheridan and his toxicology report is pending.
The driver fled the scene before officers arrived. An ambulance took Sheridan to Novant Health Main Hospital with life threatening injuries.
Shortly before 10 p.m. Sheridan was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
