FASHION EXPERT ARRESTED ACCUSED OF DWI, DRIVING LUXURY JAGUAR SUV

38-year-old Mallory Gutierrez was arrested on February 9, 2025 in Charlotte, NC accused of DWI. Mallory is the Head of Product and Production for a fashion wear company.

On February 9th around 10 p.m. Mallory was driving a late model Jaguar SUV on Park Road.

The Jaguar had vehicle damage. An officer pulled Mallory over in a traffic stop. According to official documents Mallory had a very heavy odor of alcohol, along with red glossy eyes, and heavily slurred speech.

Mallory elected not to complete the one leg stand field sobriety test. According to police, Mallory was unsteady on her feet and performed poorly on other standard field sobriety tests.

It was determined by police that Mallory had hit a street sign, which caused the damage to her luxury Jaguar.

Mallory was placed under arrest charged with driving while impaired. She was transported to the jail for intox testing.

Police say Mallory refused a breath test, but a sample test provided measured a 0.22 blood alcohol content.
