On February 14, 2025 a Charlotte, NC man identified as 29-year-old Lenny Collado was arrested in a commercial truck drug bust. $1.1 million in cash was found along with 81 kilograms of marijuana. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The drug bust was in Port Allen, Louisiana. At 9:30 a.m. a state trooper working Commercial Motor Vehicle enforcement conducted a traffic stop on Lenny at a highway near Interstate 10.

Lenny was driving an 18-wheeler truck. While conducting the traffic stop, the trooper observed a white plastic bag on the floorboard of the commercial truck with what appeared to be a large sum of cash.
A search was initiated and approximately $1,147,638 in cash along with 183 pounds of marijuana were found, cops say. Click here to see more million dollar drug bust. Lenny was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses. He was booked into the West Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
Lenny lives in Charlotte, it is not known if the alleged drug contents and cash were headed to Charlotte.
