Alison Davidson is in double trouble, first she got a DWI charge walking into lashes store, then she got arrested after a judge said she was no show for court on her birthday
Alison Davidson, 46, was arrested on April 7, 2026 accused of failing to appear in court, but she was first arrested on a DWI charge in which shes accused of slamming into a car and light pole in Davidson, NC. Per her DWI charge Alison was called in for open court on her birthday on March 24, 2026. Court records allege Alison failed to appear for court. Hence a warrant was issued and Alison was arrested on April 7th.
Alison’s DWI was in January 2025. In the afternoon, Alison was driving a Audi when she allegedly hit a person’s vehicle and then hit a light pole. Alison is accused of driving from the scene and to a parking lot across the street.

Alison got out of the car wobbling, she then went into Deka Lashes, perhaps she had a fancy appointment to get her lashes done. Alison’s car had heavy front damage.
Cops were called to the scene. Police approached Alison and she denied that she hit the vehicle. Allison was unable to walk without assistance and was slurring her speech heavily, she kept swaying and almost fell multiple times.
Cops asked Alison how much she had to drink today and she stated “three glasses of wine.” Alison had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath.

Cops administered field sobriety tests on Alison that included the horizontal gaze nystagmus, walk and turn test, and the one leg stand test.
Alison is accused of performing poorly on all three tests. The cop asked her to say her ABC’s from B to R and count from 72-55, even with her executive level mind, Alison is accused of performing poorly on those tests as well.
Alison was arrested charged with DWI along with hit and run. Alison refused a breathlyzer Intox test. Alison was transported to the Mecklenburg County Jail for processing. See tags below for similar articles.
