Anthony Smith, 31, died on August 22, 2023 in Charlotte, NC. Anthony’s cause of death was ruled as fentanyl and cocaine toxicity.
Anthony was dropped off at an emergency room by an unidentified person at 200 Hawthorne Lane Charlotte, NC. Charlotte Alerts in on Instagram now.
Hospital staff saw Anthony laying down at the hospital doors and immediately provided aid. Anthony was taken back to the operating rooms on a stretcher.
Anthony was pronounced deceased within minutes at the hospital.
After death examinations revealed Anthony’s right lung exhibited extensive congestion. Also 2.5 ng 11-Hydroxy-THC , 30 ng cocaine, 30 ng of fentanyl, and .22 mg of methamphetamine were found in Anthony’s blood stream.
Anthony died from a fentanyl and cocaine overdose.
