Medical records for Jermill Luster identified that he suffered from a drug overdose and substance abuse in the past
Jermill Luster, 40, died from a cocaine and fentanyl overdose at his residence in Durham, NC. Jermill had 15 inch long black dreads.
He lived with his girlfriend. Jermill was found dead by his girlfriend on June 7, 2025. The girlfriend walked in the room and saw Jermill face down on the bed dead. She called 911. A small plastic bag with cocaine in it was found on his bed along with a bag of fentanyl.
Jermill’s medical records reveal he has a past history of substance abuse and he even had a previous overdose before he died. His drugs of choice were usually THC and cocaine, he also used tobacco and alcohol. Fentanyl has wiped out so many people.
A medical analysis of Jermill’s dead body showed that he had lethal amounts of cocaine and fentanyl in him at the time of death. Jermill’s cause of death was ruled as a fentanyl and cocaine overdose.
