Terry Lowery, 31, is charged with the homicide of Donyelle Hill, 20, that occurred in Charlotte, NC. Terry was arrested on the murder charge on December 28, 2023.
Donyelle was shot on October 19, 2023 on North Sharon Amity Rd. at 2:33 p.m. Paramedics arrived on scene and transported the victim to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Division detectives responded to the scene to conduct an investigation. Terry was arrested within hours of the shooting and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
On December 28, 2023 Donyelle died due to injuries from the shooting. As a result, homicide detectives arrested Terry again and charged him with murder.
