Watch as men use AK-47 guns to shoot and kill a woman at the gas pump
50-year-old Patricia Shepherd was murdered at a Chevron gas station on June 4, 2026 in Hammond, Louisiana. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Patricia was in the backseat of a car getting a ride from a friend. The car had stopped at a gas pump to get gas. Another vehicle pulls up to the gas station. Two men exit the car and shoot at the victim car with AK-47 guns firing over 80 shots.
The suspects then drive off. Patricia died at the scene. The driver of the victim car was injured. Cops believe that the shooting was a case of mistaken identity.
The suspect vehicle was stolen out of Mississippi two days before the murder.
