A sadistic father allegedly murdered his own kids and put them in a trunk during quadruple homicide, kids were dead for months
Wellington Dickens, 38, is the father that is charged with murdering his four children in Zebulon, NC during a massive quadruple homicide. He was arrested on October 27, 2025. The dead kids were ages 6, 9, 10, and an 18-year-old stepchild. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Wellington is accused of murdering his 4 children and then putting the dead bodies in a car trunk and leaving the car parked in a garage at his home.
The dead kids were in the trunk for months and were decomposing. It is unknown exactly how they were killed.
But on Monday night Oct. 27th Wellington called 911 and said that there were 4 dead kids in his car and that he had killed his own kids.
Police and EMS arrived on scene to find the gruesome discovery. Sadly in September 2024 Wellington posted a Facebook message that showed a child in a video with the caption, “Shout out to the dead!!!”
The State Medical Examiner’s Office was contacted and responded to the scene, while crime scene investigators with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation are also assisting deputies at the scene.
