Watch as the suspect is killed by cops after high speed chase, kidnapping, and triple shooting. Justin Carlton died too
A violent shooting was all caught on camera in Charlotte, NC. Joseph Andrade, 28, went on a crime spree that ended with police killing him on October 23, 2025. Joseph murdered Justin Carlton, 38, in a double shooting on Hoskins Road, kidnapped a woman, shot at cops, and went on high speed chase. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The violence began at 4 p.m. on Oct. 23rd when Joseph shot Justin and another victim in a double shooting on Hoskins Road and Black Avenue.

Justin and the victim were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Justin died at the hospital. Joseph took off immediately after the shooting before emergency personnel arrived.
Minutes later Joseph broke into a woman’s house, kidnapped her and forced her into her own vehicle. Cops were abreast about the encounter and were on the look out.
Cops spotted the suspect driving and tried to pull him over. Joseph refused to stop and led cops on a high speed chase. Joseph even shot at cops during the chase.
Joseph eventually crashed out and ran while also shooting at police several more times, Joseph was able to hit and damage several police cars, but sadly Joseph did not shoot any cops, as he missed, the suspect’s bullets were mere inches from hitting any cops and causing officer blood shed.
Officers returned fire and shot Joseph dead. These attacks appear random at the moment. It is not believed that Joseph knew any of the victims.
