Shawn was murdered on the same day his grandmother died, 2 murders on same day
On September 27, 2025 Shawn Davis, 31, was shot and killed during a triple shooting at Safari Lux lounge on Independence Blvd Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Shawn and others got into an altercation at the lounge. Suspects then fired shots and 3 people were hit by bullets including Shawn. Video of a murder at a lounge in Charlotte can be seen here.
2 victims were injured and are in critical condition at the hospital. Shawn died from the shooting.
Shawn’s grandmother died 8 months ago on the same day as Shawn. Before Shawn’s murder, a man was killed in a homicide at apartments in Charlotte just hours apart on the same day.
A man was murdered at Brooklyn Lounge earlier this week.
