TEENAGERS ARRESTED ACCUSED OF MURDERING FELLOW TEEN AT NAPA IN RED DODGE CHARGER

Demetrius Adams, 18, and one juvenile were arrested on January 23, 2025 accused of murdering Jaquad Pearson, 19, in Charlotte, NC at a NAPA Auto store. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Jaquad was murdered on January 15, 2025 on Brookshire Blvd. in the parking lot of a NAPA auto store.

Jaquad was sitting in a red Dodge Charger at 8 p.m. when suspects shot at him.

Several bullets hit Jaquad and he died on the scene. In 2014 Jaquad played little league football for the Beatties Ford Saints in Charlotte.

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department’s Homicide Unit identified Demetrius and the juvenile offender as suspects in this case. The suspects were arrested and charged with murder.
