3 people were murdered in Charlotte on Palm Sunday within 4 hours
A very violent Palm Sunday in Charlotte, NC resulted in 3 homicides. Of the dead are Stanley Williams, 37, Javier Lee Martinez Hernandez, 23, and Qualo Daniels, 31. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
On April 13, 2025 shortly before 2 a.m., officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call on Wallingford St. Upon arrival, officers discovered Stanley with stab wounds. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and pronounced deceased by medical staff.
On Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 6 a.m., Javier was shot and killed on Eastway Dr. Upon arrival, officers discovered Javier who had sustained several gunshot wounds. Javier was pronounced deceased on scene.
Qualo was murdered on April 12, 2025 at 10:30 p.m., on East Trade St. Qualo was shot multiple times, he died on scene. No arrests have been made in any of the murders. Click here to see other triple murders.
