There was blood all over the restaurant as brothers got into a stabbing fight with customer
Miguel Quintanar Flores, 36, and his brother Saul Quintanar Flores, 33 were arrested on March 13, 2025 accused of stabbing a man at the La Michoacana restaurant on Nevin Rd. Charlotte, NC. It is unlikely that burritos are served in jail. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
The bloody altercation occurred on March 8, 2025. Miguel and Saul were eating at the La Michoacana restaurant when a fight began between them and another man. The brothers got into a argument with the victim. When the victim got up to use the restroom, Miguel and Saul are accused of walking behind the man and stabbing him multiple times in the head.
Frightened customers screamed and ran for cover. The victim feel to the ground and was bleeding extensively from his head. The brothers then left the restaurant in a blue Ford F-150 truck.
911 callers said that a stabbing had occurred and that blood was all over the La Michoacana restaurant. Officers and medics arrived, they found the victim inside the restaurant, laying on the ground with a large laceration across the side of his forehead, above his temple area.
The victim was hemorrhaging a large amount of blood from his head. Medics were able to control the bleeding and transport him to the hospital.
The victim’s injuries were life threatening because of the large amount of blood he had lost, a blood transfusion had to be done. Saul and Miguel were later identified as suspects and arrested.
The brothers were both charged with assault with deadly weapon intent to kill.
