CAR DEALERSHIP EMPLOYEE ARRESTED ACCUSED OF DWI ON I-485

44-year-old Jason Riley was arrested on March 13, 2025. Jason is a finance manager at a car dealership in the south area of Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Jason was driving a vehicle on Independence Blvd. and on I-485, cops say the driver was speeding. Jason was pulled over, it is alleged in official documents that Jason was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech. Many people have been arrested accused of DWI.

Video shows a female employee at a car dealership being murdered by her boyfriend

A breathalyzer test determined that Jason’s blood alcohol content was 0.21, according to police. The legal alcohol limit is 0.8. Jason was arrested charged with DWI, unsafe movement, reckless driving, and speeding.
