On April 12, 2024 a shooting occurred at a red light in traffic. The shooting was in Philadelphia, PA where crime and homicides occur quite often.
The victims were ATM cash delivery employees. 2 of the employees were stopped at a red light in a vehicle after delivering cash to ATMs. Armored truck robberies are on the rise.
A black Nissan Murano was in front of the victims. A suspect then exits the Nissan and fires shots at the victim in an attempted robbery.

The victim was shot in the stomach. The victim pulled out a gun and the suspect is seen running back to the Nissan and speeding away.
The victim then shoots several times at the suspects. The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
