Several men robbed a Brinks armored truck at a Bank of America ATM on December 17, 2024 in Houston, Texas. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Surveillance video shows the suspects exiting a white vehicle and running towards a Brinks armored truck guard as he is holding a bag of cash to fill up an ATM.
The suspects all have handguns. The guard quickly runs away and fires shots at the suspects. The suspects shoot back at the guard. The suspect vehicle then drives off. The suspects on foot then run away.
No one was hit by the gunfire. The suspects on foot then carjack a woman in the parking lot next door.
The vehicle that was carjacked was found a few miles away on a dead end street. No arrests have been made. The FBI’s Bank Robbery Task Force responded to the scene.
