Emely Diaz, 27, and Sade Tominson, 23, died in a bad car accident on November 23, 2024 in Johnston County, NC. The two women were best friends.
At 7 p.m. Emely was driving a Jeep Cherokee with Sade and 6 children in the car. Emily ran a stop sign and then traveled off road hitting a ditch. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The vehicle then went airborne and slammed into a tree. Emely died on impact, Sade died as an ambulance was taking her to the hospital. The children in the car were critically injured and rushed to the hospital, the kids however did survive.
Speed is a factor in the crash, but it hasn’t been determined yet whether alcohol was involved. State troopers say the crash remains under investigation. Click here to see more fatal crashes.
Emely has been arrested multiple times over the years for DWI and other offenses. Sade had her own hair and lashes business.
