A woman identified as Deasha Lockhart, 22, was arrested on September 5, 2024 accused of DWI on Interstate 485 in Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
At 12:30 a.m. Deasha was driving a 2017 Hyundai Sonata on I-485. A highway patrol trooper pulled Deasha over near the W.T. Harris exit, accusing her of speeding.
Authorities say Deasha stated that she had mixed drinks at a friend’s house. Deasha allegedly had red glossy eyes, a strong odor of alcohol, and she was unsteady on her feet, according to police.
A breathalyzer test was performed on Deasha and she allegedly had an alcohol content of .15 which is over the legal limit. Deasha was arrested charged with DWI. Click here to see more DWI cases.
