Video: The suspect shot at police and busted up the windshield of patrol vehicle. Killed with flash bang grenade
76-year-old Walter McNary shot and killed his wife Nola McNary in a domestic violence incident on July 24, 2025. Walter shot at cops in a chase and was killed by police in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Walter had an argument with his wife, he then murdered her with a gun around 7 a.m. Walter then fled the residence in a car. Cops were called by neighbors and Walter was spotted driving in traffic.
Cops attempted a traffic stop, but Walter kept driving. Seconds into the chase, Walter shot several times at pursuing officers.
The fired shots broke the windshield of a patrol cruiser. Walter then drove to a random house and fired more shots at cops.
Police returned fire, and even launched a flash bang grenade. Walter was hit and killed during the standoff.
