A surveillance camera captured the moment 3 suspects shot and killed Anton Benoit, 31, at a Shell gas station in Chicago, Illinois on July 26, 2023.
A black Dodge Durango pulled into the parking lot of the business. 3 suspects are seen exiting the SUV and opening fire on Anton in the parking lot.
The shooting homicide was in broad daylight at 4:10 p.m. After the suspects shot several times, they got in the vehicle and sped off.
Anton died on the scene.
