Joshlyn was a father with a one-year-old daughter and a two-year-old son. Joshlyn was in a shopping center when an armed assailant ran up to him and shot him in broad daylight. Joshlyn was shot in the face.
The victim fell to the ground and died instantly. It appears the suspect took something from Joshlyn’s waist. The man had on a black ski mask. The suspect left the scene in a silver late-model sedan.
