Two women were shot in a drive-by shooting on July 30, 2023 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The shooting happened just after 5:15 pm. A SUV pulled up to a house, several men jumped out the vehicle and fired multiple shots at a home.
Two women ages 36 and 76 were shot. A male at the home shot back at the suspects.
The suspects got back in the SUV and sped off. The suspects have not been arrested.
The shot victims were taken to the hospital in stable condition. The male that shot back at the suspects was arrested, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
