VICTIM KILLED IN ROLL OVER CRASH, HAD STAGE 4 KIDNEY DISEASE

A male victim was killed in a head on collision

Kenneth Earle, 26, was killed in a car crash on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2025. The fatal collision was on Pineville-Matthews Rd. Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The preliminary investigation indicates that at 4:49 p.m. Earle was driving his Honda on Pineville-Matthews Road when his vehicle veered in the left lane into oncoming traffic striking the front of a Nissan. The force tipped the Honda upside down. Click here to see more upside down crashes.

Officers responded to the motor vehicle crash. The Nissan Xterra and the Honda were damaged. The driver of the Nissan was located on the scene with minor injuries.

Earle was located with life threatening injuries, he died on scene. Toxicology results are pending for Earle.

Earle was just released from the hospital, he had been in the hospital for multiple days. Earle was getting treatment for stage 4 kidney disease.

It is not clear if he was under medication while he was driving and fell asleep.
