CAR LANDS UPSIDE DOWN IN UPTOWN CRASH DURING POLICE CHASE

Terrence Morgan, 32, was badly injured after his vehicle flipped upside down in a collision in the uptown of Charlotte, NC on March 14, 2024.

Officers noticed alleged inspection violations on the vehicle Terrence was driving. Cops tried to pull Terrence over, but he did not stop and he sped away. 

A vehicle pursuit began and Terrence eventually struck a tree and a light pole on Eighth and North Brevard streets near First Ward Park.

The pole was knocked down and smashed into an apartment. The suspect vehicle then went airborne and landed upside down on top of 2 parked vehicles.

Terrence was wanted on multiple warrants in connection with stealing vehicles and larceny. The suspect sustained brutal facial and bodily injuries, and was taken to the hospital to be checked out. 

Terrence was arrested for his warrants, more charges are pending.
